The MBA programme in George College (Department of Management Studies) is designed to develop young graduates into competent professional managers with leadership skills, capability for working in any sector of organized activity and achieving excellence in performance and contributing to the welfare of the society.
The programme is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Govt. of India and Department of Higher Education (Technical), Govt. of West Bengal and affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT). |

Admission Details : |

The minimum qualification for admission to the course is a 3 year Bachelors Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce / Engineering & Technology / Medical Science / Agriculture and other professional courses from any University recognized by the Association of Indian Universities and UGC. Selection will be on the basis of JEMAT / MAT results followed by GD & PI to be conducted by the college. |

The course conducted as per syllabus prescribed by West Bengal University of Technology. Dual Specialization* is provided in the following areas of management ;

- Human Resource Management
*Major : Six papers in one specialization group

The college has two computer labs with free access to the internet for the students. Application software, System software and systems are all connected by LAN & WAN. |

George College (Department of Management Studies) has a well stocked automated library and information centre consisting of text books, reference books and journals (National-International), industry reports and research documents etc. predominantly related to management and its allied subjects to meet the information needs of its users. The learning centre is also has the V-SAT facility for online education. |

Hostel is available for Boys and Girls separately at reasonable cost. Hostel students will have access to library and computer lab till late hours and also on holidays. |
